  • Activity: the fact that the Player has earned at least one Point during the last month.
  • Player Account: personal account allowing access to the Software and Games.

  • User: any visitor to the Platform, whether registered or not.

3. Player Account opening, authentication and control

and complete Identification & Authentication.

You must accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to proceed.

3.3 Authentication & Control

Failure to comply within 3 months may result in suspension of your account.

Players are responsible for their account, login, and password.
Any misuse, fraud, or unauthorised use is the Player’s liability.

6. Obligations when using the Platform

  • No spamming or misuse of personal data.
  • No modification of Software or Games.
  • No third-party use of your Player Account.

7. Player Warranties

By registering, you guarantee that you:

  • Are of legal age and legally authorised to play.
  • Provide accurate information and lawful funds.
  • Will not engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. Games & Tournaments

Games require stakes chosen by the Player. Rankings are established every 1000 rounds,
with the Top 3 winning the announced prize. Tournaments are based on skill only.

9. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made via your personal account/payment methods.
  • No interests are paid on balances.
  • Withdrawals processed after authentication and compliance checks.

16. Responsible Gaming

Play responsibly. Excessive gaming may lead to addiction.

29. Applicable Law – Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Liège.
Claims must be filed within 1 year of the event.
