The Operator processes Users’ personal data in line with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with:

- Deleted once no longer necessary, or at the User’s request.
- Possible transfers outside the EEA only with adequacy decision or EU standard clauses.
6. Operator responsibility
- Processing is lawful, fair, transparent.
- Technical measures: anonymisation, encryption.
- Organisational measures: audits, impact assessments.
- Transfers to third parties only under law, service provision, or User consent.
- Security incidents reported to the Data Protection Authority and Users if high risk.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Register of processing
The Operator maintains a full register of data processing activities.
7.2 Amendments
The Operator may amend this Privacy Policy. Updates are binding once published on the Site.
7.3 Evidentiary value
Electronic documents and data have the same probative force as paper documents.
